Some terminology I picked up on today haha kind of relating to how we want to bring Ann Taylor here.


Subsidiary - So Ann Taylor own the company and just get people from the UK to work for them when they open (Flagship store - London)

Franchise - Less risky for Ann Inc. Permission to let someone run the business, they pay to use the business - but all the money earnt they can keep.
Benefits - Brand has control over look of shop..
